Since our inception in the late 1800’s, our Materials Laboratory was dedicated strictly to the research and testing of Portland Cement including to a minor extent fly ash and gypsum. Originally, the materials lab was primarily involved with cement testing for State Highway Departments throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Currently, we offer complete testing of cement, fly ash and gypsum to include both physical properties and chemical content.
