Pennoni has two laboratory testing facilities, field testing equipment and the technical support of a multidiscipline professional organization.
Our laboratory meets the requirements of the American Council of Independent Laboratories and our testing equipment is regularly calibrated to the
standards of the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Our concrete inspectors are ACI certified technicians; structural steel inspectors
are AWS certified welding inspectors; non-destructive testing technicians are level II certified in accordance with ASNT practice SNT-TC-1A; coatings
inspectors are NACE certified; and our bridge and highway field inspectors are NICET, NECEPT and Troxler certified. The quality, durability and safety
of bridges, buildings, and highways are ensured by sound inspection and testing practices.
The testing personnel, together with Pennoni's other
technologies form a team of experts who can successfully provide materials consulting, design, inspection and testing, and forensic investigation
